We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated e-commerce manager to join our team. As an e-commerce manager, for manage and optimize sales on various marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, and other leading platforms. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in managing marketplaces and a strong understanding of e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and optimizing sales on various marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and more
- Conducting market research and identifying key trends and opportunities
- Creating and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase sales
- Managing inventory and ensuring timely delivery of orders
- Monitoring and analyzing sales data to make informed decisions
- Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth operations and order fulfillment
Job Requirements:
- At least 3-4 years of experience in managing marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales and increasing revenue on marketplaces
- Strong knowledge of marketplace best practices and strategies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
